Delete your Train Ultra account

Train Ultra is made by Spare Mile, LLC (Spare Mile Studio). You can delete your account and the data we hold about you at any time, from the app, the web, or by email.

Delete your account

  1. Open Train Ultra on iPhone, Android, or the web at trainultra.app and sign in.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select Delete Account and confirm.

If you cannot sign in, or you pay through a store

If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may confirm the request with you before we act on it.

A Pro subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play is billed by Apple or Google. Cancel it there as well, because deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription.

What is deleted

Deletion removes this data from our active systems right away. Copies in backups are purged within 30 days.

  • Your account: email address, name, and settings.
  • Workouts and activity data from Strava, Garmin, COROS, Health Connect, and Apple Health.
  • Wellness data from Garmin, COROS, Oura, Health Connect, and Apple Health.
  • Coach conversations, their attachments, and coach memory.
  • Goals, planned workouts, routes, route files, and your athlete profile.
  • Feedback you sent from the app, product usage data, and your device push tokens.
  • Your provider connections. Train Ultra stops reading from Garmin, COROS, and Oura, and stops posting to Strava.

What is kept, and for how long

  • Billing records and invoices: 7 years after the last transaction, as US tax rules require. We never store card numbers.
  • Operational logs: up to 90 days.
  • Records that you accepted the Terms and Privacy Policy: kept so we can show consent, but no longer linked to you.
  • Emails you sent to support: kept as ordinary correspondence.
  • Titles and evaluations that Train Ultra already wrote to your Strava activities stay on Strava. Remove them in Strava if you want them gone.

Delete some data without deleting your account

  • Delete a Coach conversation, with its attachments, from Coach History.
  • Delete a goal or a route from Plan.
  • Disconnect a provider from Settings to stop Train Ultra from reading new data from it.
  • Email [email protected] to ask us to delete anything else.
