Pro adds unlimited conversations with a coach that remembers your training, goals it tracks your workouts against, a weekly summary of your fitness, and workouts it can build and send to your Garmin. The 14-day trial unlocks the full coach. No credit card, cancel any time. On the web you manage billing through Stripe. In the iPhone app, Pro is an Apple in-app purchase, and in the Android app it is a Google Play subscription. Workouts can come from Garmin, COROS, Apple Health, or Health Connect; recovery context can come from Garmin, COROS, Oura, or Apple Health. Connect Strava to post titles and evaluations there.
