Coach

What your coach remembers

Your coach saves what should shape later advice, such as injuries, preferences, and life context. You can read every memory, and you decide what stays.

How it works

When you tell your coach something that should matter later, it saves a short memory and tells you in the conversation. You do not have to repeat yourself next week.

  • My left Achilles gets sore after back-to-back hard days on descents.
  • I prefer long runs on Saturday.
  • I travel for work every second week.

Read and remove memories

  1. Open Settings, then Coach Memory.
  2. Read what your coach saved, by topic.
  3. Delete anything that is wrong or out of date.

How long a memory lasts

A memory ends after 90 days if your coach does not update it. When you mention the topic again, the time starts again.

Turn memory off

Open Settings, then Coach Memory, and turn off Enable memory. Your coach then treats each conversation on its own.
